Due to the rural location, we strongly recommend renting a car.

On the wedding day, shared shuttles will run between the venue and nearby hotels/Airbnbs. Please note that Uber and Lyft service is extremely limited in the area and should not be relied upon.

Cell service in the area is spotty. We recommend downloading offline maps (Google Maps or Apple Maps) ahead of time so you can navigate easily, even without service.

Weather permitting, all of our wedding festivities will take place outdoors. We’ll have a plan in place should conditions change.

We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing a red qipao or cheongsam on Friday, and avoid wearing a white dress during the wedding weekend.

As much of the celebration will take place on grass, we recommend avoiding stiletto heels unless you are comfortable with a heel protector.

Late May in Connecticut is typically mild and pleasant. Based on recent years (2020–2024), average daytime highs have ranged from 68°F–79°F (20°C–26°C), with evening lows around 42°F–52°F (6°C–11°C).

Last year (2025) was a bit cooler, with average highs around 52°F (11°C) and lows near 44°F (7°C). We recommend dressing for mild spring weather and bringing a light jacket or wrap for the evening—just in case.
